Our Team

Karen Gustafson, MS, NCC, LIMHP

Karen is the Executive Director of Jewish Family Service. With over 20 years of clinical work, Karen works with all ages from adolescents to seniors. She is one of the JFS facilitators for the "Becoming a Love and Logic Parent” class by Jim Fay and Dr. Foster Cline and conducts parent consultation upon request. Karen is currently a member of the Millard Safe and Drug Free Schools committee as a community mental health resource and also a member of the Nebraska Medical Reserve Corps trained in behavioral health crisis debriefing.  

Teresa Drelicharz, MS, NCC, LIMHP, RPT

As a registered play therapist, Teresa’s extensive experience with children through adults includes treatment for trauma and physical and sexual abuse. She is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and TF-CBT (Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). She is a facilitator for the "Becoming a Love and Logic Parent” class byJim Fay and Dr. Foster Cline. Teresa is currently a member of the Nebraska Medical Reserve Corp, trained in behavioral health crisis debriefing; a consultant for the Sarpy County Head Start Program and our Adoption Coordinator (see our Adoption section for more information on this program).

Sally Kaplan, LICSW, LMHP

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Sally has over 30 years of experience working with individuals and couples on issues related to depression, anxiety, trauma, marital conflict and parenting difficult children. In addition, Sally is an employee of Project Harmony as a Forensic Interviewer, working with the Police Department to interview abused children.

Nate Bock, LMHP, LADC

Nate is a Nebraska Licensed Mental Health Practitioner and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Educator. Nate is available for therapy services as well as Chemical Dependency Evaluations by appointment only.
